Warranty Policy
1,Warrarty Period
Your product warranty will begin from the date your product is received. If a product develops a fault during the warranty period and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than negligence or misuse, we will accept a return within 30 days.
We offer a 12-month manufacturer’s repair warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged or misused after receipt, and problems caused by logistics). Defective items must be reported and returned to us within the warranty period with the original packaging. Should such a situation arise, please inform us our your product defect and provide us with your order number.
Please note: we do not repair or replace items with an expired warranty free of charge.
Regarding your consumer right of cancellation, unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, you can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods purchased or from the day of the conclusion of the contract. You must send your communication before the 14 days’ cancellation period has expired and return the item.
2,Products Damaged on Arrival
In rare cases, rough handling by logistics couriers can lead to physical damage to your products before they arrive. Should you encounter this issue, please follow these steps:
Raise a complaint directly with the delivery representative of the courier company before you sign for the goods.
If you have already signed for your package, take photos showing the damage and contact your local courier office to complain and get compensation.
Contact us with your order number and a full description and pictures of your issue, we will contact the courier company from our end. Once the courier company confirms that the case is valid, they will compensate us, and we will pass on this compensation to you.
Please note: compensation varies from case to case and is different for each courier company. In some cases you may need to pay to post your broken item back to us in order for us to send out a new one, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
3,Warranty Exemptions
Product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by our warranty. If the customer has damaged/misused any item(s), the product’s warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.
4,Defectiveltems
Should you find that a product purchased from us becomes defective when it is inside the warranty period, simply follow the steps below to have your product replaced or repaired.
Provide us with photos of your original UKING packaging (both front and back sides). And photos or videos to show your defective item(s) and how it malfunctions.
We will usually offer you a refund or send a replacement as soon as the problem is confirmed.
Please note: in some cases, you may need to ship your defective item back to us for a free repair or to get a new replacement. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees that may incur. We will, however, resend your item at no extra cost.
5,Warranty Void
The following actions will void your warranty:
Opening your device body in an attempt to fix it.
Modifying, removing, customizing, or swapping parts.
Using the device in a way that it is not originally intended for.
Continuing to use an item once a fault occurs, causing more damage to it.
All returns must first be authorized by our support team prior to return. No compensation will be given if you return a package without prior authorization, send it to the wrong address, return an incorrect item, or submit an empty box.
6,Returning an ltem
When returning an item, you will be liable to pay for any and all customs charges, excise duties, or tariffs that may occur when your item is returned to us. In such cases we may deduct any fees incurred from your authorized refund amount.
We will ship any exchanged items to you via Flat Rate Shipping by default. If you would like to use a faster shipping service, the relevant shipping fee will be applicable and can be arranged on request.
